Shirt is great quality but I bought a grey shirt and i have a black lab and the black lab is very hard to see on the shirt. However the online preview made it seem very clear. Wish I picked a lighter color or the dog was more visible.

Apparently I accidentally ordered a small shirt for my husband's birthday when he needs a 2X. I asked to exchange it and the request was denied. This is poor customer service and I won't be shopping with your company again. I realize it is personalized with my dog's name on it but it does not cost much to produce this product. I would think to retain a lifetime customer you could exchange this shirt.
