All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality! 

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Tracking Notification

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. We will also keep you updated with the latest tracking updates via email so please monitor closely. Please allow 2-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our Customer Support. We will help you locate your order.

You may choose standard shipping or express shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery (especially orders that are shipped from China), tracking may not be available every step of the way.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery (Photo attached). However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, high order volume during sales seasons and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

Shipping Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

USPS might deliver your order to your P.O Boxes, but for other carriers which don't deliver to such location, they normally will leave the package at spots such as front porch/door and garage. Please make sure to retrieve your package promptly to avoid mail theft. Orders that are lost due to mail theft won't be compensated by us. 

Order marked delivered yet not received

If your package has not been delivered for a long time or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Support immediately.
