Love the outside of the cup and images. The inside glaze will stain easily as it is a slightly rough textured glaze rather than a smooth glass-like glaze. It will need to be washed immediately after using to keep it from looking dirty and stained on the inside. But many mugs are like this. It is NOT a defect. I love the outside glaze-it will be easy to keep clean and I will display the mug on my countertop. It is a good quality mug. No ping marks or skipped glaze. I like the weight of it as well sturdy but not too heavy. Easy to grip handle. Also, it arrived quickly!

The mug is so darn cute! Better quality than expected! If I had one thing to mention, it would be that I wish it came in a larger size mug. But that doesn’t take away from my satisfaction. I want to get one for my sister now.

Not at all happy. I ordered two different cups, and received two identical cups with slight color variation. I tried to write to get a refund and was told that that was what I ordered. I spent a long time making the order for the other cup, and I know I didn’t ask for two of the same.
