The ornaments were adorable. My only complaint is that some of the trinkets inside were put in backwards. So if I want to actually read the names left to right I have to turn the ornament over to the back, which makes the words on the ornament backwards.
The ornaments are cute but are not exactly as pictured, which is okay since they are close enough. Rated low because I received a defective ornament (the pet charms inside were put in and sealed facing the opposite direction of the words).
We ordered two. One for our dogs and one for my brother’s dogs. We love them, the dogs in the ornaments look just like our dogs.
no snow painted on bottom of ornament. stars coming out. worst part - a third dog was added - I only ordered 2 dogs in the ornament so someone else is missing their dog Winnie. I sent photos of all including mailer and have now been ignored.
Either reimburse me or send a new correct ornament
Ornament was a loved gift. Ordered one for myself.
