I received my custom pet ornament and was delighted with it! It looked identical to what was seen online, which was a real positive since so often photos online are deceiving. It is absolutely adorable and will make be front and center on my tree this year! Thank you!
I want to first say I am happy with my product and it is still very cute. However, in the posting it is made to look like there is also snow inside the ornament that shakes around with your pets. And my order did not come with that. My only other complaint was the estimated shipping was not accurate, it gave a date range and my package didn’t come until about a week after the further date in the range.
It's a very cute ornament. I wish you could add more than 6 pets though! Also it would nice if you could make the pets look more like the real pets but this is a fabulous keepsake.
I am absolutely in love! This is my pup's first Christmas with my family, and this was the perfect way to celebrate that. It turned out perfect!
