I ordered this for a friend who lost her dog of 13 years. She absolutely loved this memorial plaque! The quality was very good, and it was just the right size to display on a shelf or mantel. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the holes for the collar did not reach across the whole plaque as advertised (see photo). Maybe the company creates the holes based on dog size/collar size, but the holes for the collar were centered in the plaque rather than extending to the edges of the plaque as in the examples on the website. Other than that, my friend said it was a perfect gift!

I loved that I was able to pick the saying that I wanted on my frame; it arrived promptly; it made me cry when it arrived. It was PERFECT!!

This was a hard purchase but a necessary one :(. We sadly had to say good-bye to our beloved Jax. He gave us 14 amazing years. He was our motivation walker, therapist, night time buddy and the best secret keeper :) The frame has brought tears and wonderful memories that will always remind us how lucky we were to have Jax in our lives. It stands beside his ashes as a token to Jax for whom we miss so very much. I couldn't have thought of a better way to display his picture and collar.
