Full-Time Dog Mom

Pawsionate customer service went above and beyond for my satisfaction on my recent order of a Full-Time Dog Mom shirt. We have 6 dogs; 3 of them do nosework and I already had a shirt for those 3. I was intending to devote this shirt to the 3 dogs who stay at home. I goofed on the first order and mistakenly included one of the sniffer dogs and left out our dear senior dog; realizing my error just after I had hit the complete order button and hit send. I immediately contacted customer service on line. The attendant took my info and agreed she would stop the order and even sent me a sample of how the shirt would appear. It was perfect. I received a few additional emails about the progress of my order. The shirt arrived and I was so excited to have a shirt for my stay-at-home K9s. But, when I opened the package I found that instead of the changes having been made, the original order had been filled and shipped. It is still a very nice shirt and I began wearing it. I did respond to an email inquiring about my satisfaction, in which I thanked the CS person for being so kind, patient and helpful, but that unfortunately all her time spent had been for naught because the corrections were not made and shirt shipped as I had incorrectly ordered it initially. Within a few hours another email arrived with the corrected information and graphic of corrected shirt. The company offered to make and ship the corrected shirt, as promised and the corrected shirt was without cost to me. I now have both shirts and love them both and have high remarks to give Pawsionate for their customer care and service!
