We found out about Pawsionate and ordered a couple of the Christmas sweater tops on the recommendation of another customer. Unfortunately, our first shipment was lost, but customer service was absolutely exceptional in every respect. In fact, I hadn't even tracked our package and had no idea it was lost in transit until Pawsionate emailed me about the issue, and I've never had that experience before with a company.

When I had other questions about our order, we received FAST replies every time, which is something I also appreciated, especially during the holiday season.

About the tops themselves, they were bright and super fun. My only reason for 1 less star is that the font was a bit wonky. Our cat is named Graycie, and while my top actually looked like her name, my son's looked more like "Groycie." That's not the end of the world, and I took a permanent black marker and made the "o," which actually was that font's "a" (again, customer service let me know that right away when I asked about it) into more of an "a" look.

Other than that, the fit was perfect, the feel was nice with the thin fleecy-type lining, and while these are not actual knit sweaters, they definitely look the part! We used our tops for our annual holiday photo card. I also wore mine out grocery shopping one day, and received smiles and compliments and it started a couple of conversations with other professional cat servants like me :) All in all, a pawsitive experience!
