Nice quality, but not true to size

It's a good quality T-shirt, the colors are nice and vivid (we'll see how long that lasts after a few trips through the washing machine), but I'm disappointed that I ordered a large, but it's snug around the chest and under the arms. It's 100% cotton, so it's a pretty safe bet it's going to shrink at least a little, so now the only way I'll be able to wear it comfortably is if I cut the sleeves out and make the sleeve openings a little larger: from a T-shirt to a muscle shirt. Not what I paid for.
