sorry for the late review but i got this mug for my wife for christmas. and when she opened the box she knew it was different. i told her go make a tea and watch to see what happens. she just loved it, especially to see the pics of our 3 dogs and their names under each pic. it was truly amazing. thank you so much i'm so glad i found your ad on facebook and ordered it.

I ordered 2 mugs as a Christmas gift for my son in law and his wife. I was sceptical because they were coming from overseas. I bite the bullet and ordered with fingers crossed. To my surprise and pleasure, once my order was in I was updated from the time it left the manufacturing site right up to the day they arrived at my front door. I have never had such great communication with regards t placing an order and having the shipment tracked so thoroughly. Almost daily I received notifications on where my shipment was. Unbelievable! The mugs arrived extremely well wrapped. Each in a box, placed wrapped in bible wrap, then covered in a thick foam wrap, covered in brown paper then in plastic with my address. I have absolutely no reason not to order through Pawsionate again. I tested the mugs before wrapping them as a gift and was delighted. Truly magical and I can hardly wait for them to open. Thank-you so much for such a great job.
