I ordered on 12/4 and it didn’t arrive until 1/9/2021. I ordered a unisex medium and it is huge. My husband wears a large, tried it on and it was big on him.
It is cute but there isn’t any way that my daughter, who is a large in women’s sizes could wear it. It swallows her.

While the product itself was a hit, the shipping was a nightmare. Pawsionate needs to find a better shipping process. It took almost a month for me to receive my order. I give 4 stars to the product, but 0 stars for shipping.

Awesome product, great customer service and amazing options. What's not to LOVE??! I ordered a gift for Christmas and accidentally put the wrong size, they were quick to fix the issue and mail out the correct size just in time for Christmas.
