The ornament is fine, but unfortunately it arrived too late for Christmas.
It was ordered on December 2, 2020 and arrived on Saturday December 26th which was exactly 48 hours too late. That was disappointing. The tracking system provided by your website showed that the ornament sat in pre-shipping in Huntington, CA for ten days and then moved on to Anaheim CA for another eight. That's not exactly being efficient.
I wrote to your customer service twice to ask about what was happening and although I got an answer back both times, it was not helpful in getting this order to move along.
Too bad, disappointing.
