I ORDERED THREE MUGS. UPON ARRIVAL ONE OF THEM HAD BEEN DAMAGED EN ROUTE. THE BOX WAS VERY DENTED, OBVIOUSLY A UPS PROBLEM. I SENT PIC OF DAMAGED MUG TO YOU AND REQUESTED A NEW ONE AS I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE MUGS. YOU RESPONDED TO ME QUICKLY AND I RECEIVED A NEW , UNDAMAGED MUG. NO COST TO ME!
